Sarah Herrman is a New York based actor and filmmaker. Her recent projects include Vuk Lungulov-Klotz’s debut feature Mutt (Sundance, Berlinale 2023, now available on NETFLIX) and the short film Let Liv (Tribeca 2023) written by Olivia Levine and directed by Erica Rose.

Sarah received her BFA in Acting from Syracuse University, magna cum laude. She was her class’s recipient of the Jerry Gershman Award for an Outstanding Comedic Actor.

She’s participated in workshops and performed in staged readings at Red Bull Theater, Rattlestick Theater and the Eugene O’Neill Theater Center’s National Playwrights Conference; in Winter People by Laura Neill.

In addition to acting, Sarah performs standup, writes, directs and produces. In 2022 she and her creative partner Hannah D. Kettering founded Mongoose Picture House.
